So… would you rather take the red pill, the blue pill — or the sugar pill?

Me? I’m taking the sugar pill.
And not just because it’s sweet.

I’m talking about the placebo effect — the phenomenon where, if you believe something will work… it often does. And if that works in a medical setting, why wouldn’t it work in your life?

What the placebo effect really shows us is this:
Belief has power.
And when we believe in something — whether it’s healing, change, success, or our own transformation — that belief can shape our reality.

At Purpose Meaning Joy, we teach that you get to choose how you experience life. And that starts with your beliefs. You can take the red pill and stay stuck — operating from old patterns and disempowering thoughts that keep you lost, small, and unfulfilled.

Or…
You can take the sugar pill.
You can choose beliefs that empower you.
You can decide that it’s safe to trust yourself, take a risk, follow what lights you up, and become the version of you that you were always meant to be.

For me, I’m taking the sugar pill by making these videos. I’m putting myself out there. I’m facing fears and choosing to believe that this matters — that I matter. And I’d rather take that risk than stay stuck in a version of life that doesn’t reflect who I really am.

Because when we believe in something — when we believe in ourselves — everything begins to change.
